Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Tata Solar platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid mobile phone number
• Have a valid bank account in your name
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be barred from using financial services under applicable law

Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Investment Terms

Investment Plans

• Investments are available in pre-defined plans with specified amounts and returns
• Daily income is calculated based on the selected plan's daily rate
• Income is credited daily at 12:00 AM IST
• Investment duration is fixed for each plan and cannot be altered

Investment Risks

While we strive to provide guaranteed returns, you acknowledge that:

• All investments carry inherent risks
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You should only invest money you can afford to lose
• We are not responsible for losses due to market conditions

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered in your name
• We reserve the right to verify withdrawal requests
• Minimum account balance of ₹50 must be maintained
• We may delay or reject withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected

Referral Program

• Referral commissions are earned when referred users invest
• Commission rates: Level 1 - 15%, Level 2 - 5%, Level 3 - 2%
• Self-reflection is strictly prohibited
• Any attempt to manipulate the referral system will result in account termination
• Referral bonuses are subject to change with prior notice

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
• Use automated systems or bots to access the platform
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
• Share your account credentials with others
• Engage in money laundering or fraud
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Spread false information about the company
• Manipulate investment or referral systems

Limitation of Liability

Tata Solar and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party services
• Technical failures or system downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation: First attempt to resolve through direct communication
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, through a mutually agreed mediator
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act
• Jurisdiction: Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You create multiple accounts
• You spread misinformation about the platform
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and any pending withdrawals may be frozen pending investigation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• Email notifications
• In-app notifications
• Updated terms posted on our website

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
